Job Title: QA Engineer (Tester)

Department: Quality Assurance / Software Testing

Summary: We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The candidate will be responsible for preparing test plans, executing test cases, and working closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities: - Perform software testing (Manual & Automated) to ensure product quality. - Prepare and execute Test Plans and Test Cases. - Use test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) to manage and track testing activities. - Conduct API Testing using tools such as Postman. - Identify, document, and track software defects (Bugs). - Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and product quality.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester. - Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing. - Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.). - Knowledge of API testing fundamentals and tools (Postman). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and ability to document clearly. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
