Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers and developers to turn complex ideas into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities: - Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. - Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.). - Ensure consistent design language and branding across all products. - Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. - Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback. - Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design best practices. - Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
